• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform or on an Operator platform in order to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, including coordinated bonus harvesting, wagering on low-risk outcomes solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any similar conduct.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, automated systems or any other non-human means to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform or any Operator platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement applicable to your jurisdiction.

All content on the luky22 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, user interface design, editorial copy and source code — is the intellectual property of luky22 or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from luky22.
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the luky22 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or commercial association without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky22 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds, winnings or bonuses arising from your use of an Operator platform.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any actions or omissions by third-party Operators, payment providers or technology partners.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any associated services.

The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

luky22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
• You have failed to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within the timeframe requested.
