Responsible Gambling at luky22

Gambling is entertainment — not a way to make money, escape difficulties or solve financial problems. luky22 is committed to providing Pakistani players with the tools, information and support needed to keep gambling safe, controlled and enjoyable.

18+ Only & Local Law Notice: This Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. luky22 does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani authority. Use of this Platform is your individual responsibility under applicable local law.

How luky22 Protects Players

Every responsible gambling measure we publish is designed to keep Pakistani players in control — not to restrict enjoyment, but to protect it.

Age Verification

Strict KYC-based age verification is required before accessing any real-money features. Users who cannot confirm they are at least 18 — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — are blocked from proceeding.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in PKR to prevent overspending. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

Loss Limits

A loss limit caps how much you can lose over a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your limit is reached, further play is paused automatically until the period resets or you adjust the limit following a cooling-off window.

Session & Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration or receive time-played reminders at regular intervals. Knowing how long you have been playing is one of the simplest and most effective responsible gambling tools available.

Cooling-Off & Self-Exclusion

Take a short break with a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or elect a longer self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Support & Signposting

Our support team can signpost users to responsible gambling resources and help configure protection tools at any time. Support is available in English, with Urdu assistance available on request.

Taking Control of Your Play

The most effective responsible gambling strategies are proactive — put your limits in place before you need them, not after. luky22 encourages every user to configure at least one protection tool as part of their account setup.

Whether you're following a PSL T20 match night from Karachi or exploring live casino games, setting a clear spend limit in PKR means you stay in control from the first session. A deposit limit of, say, PKR 2,000 per week is a straightforward way to ensure gambling stays recreational.

All protection tools are managed through your account settings. Any request to reduce a limit or activate exclusion is processed immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory reflection period — this is by design, not a restriction.

How to Set Up Your Protection Tools
1
Log In to Your Account

Access the luky22 Platform and navigate to your Account Settings or Responsible Gambling section in the profile menu.

2
Select Your Limit Type

Choose from deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit or wager limit. Each can be set independently on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle.

3
Enter Your Amount or Duration

For financial limits, enter your chosen PKR amount. For time limits, select your preferred session duration or reminder interval.

4
Confirm — Takes Effect Immediately

Reductions and new limits are active immediately. If you need to increase a limit, a cooling-off period applies before the change activates.

5
Request Self-Exclusion When Needed

If you feel you need a longer break, self-exclusion requests are handled by our support team. Contact us at [email protected]. Exclusions cannot be reversed once confirmed.

When You Need a Longer Break

Self-exclusion is the most powerful protection tool available. It closes access to your account for a defined period — or permanently — and cannot be reversed once confirmed. If you have any doubt, we encourage you to use it.

Cooling-Off Period

A short break of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account is temporarily suspended. You can resume play after the period ends if you choose to.

Short-Term Exclusion

6 months to 1 year. Account access is fully blocked for the elected duration. Cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

Long-Term Exclusion

1 to 5 years. Recommended for users who recognise a pattern of harmful gambling behaviour and need sustained, enforced time away.

Permanent Exclusion

Permanently closes your account with no option to reopen. If you believe gambling has caused serious harm, permanent exclusion is the right choice.

How to Request Self-Exclusion: Contact our support team at [email protected] and state your preferred exclusion type. Include "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line. Your request will be processed promptly. During exclusion, any new account registrations from the same user will also be declined. Exclusion decisions are final for the elected period.

Is Your Gambling Still in Control?

Honest self-reflection is the first step in responsible gambling. If you answer "yes" to two or more of the questions on the right, we strongly encourage you to use one or more of the protection tools available on this page, or to speak with a support organisation.

Problem gambling can affect anyone — regardless of income, city or background. Users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi can all access the same protection tools and reach our support team at any time.

You are not alone. If gambling is causing distress, financial difficulty or affecting personal relationships, support is available. Review the support resources section below and do not hesitate to contact us.
Ask Yourself Honestly:
1

Have you ever spent more money gambling than you originally planned or could afford to lose?

2

Have you borrowed money or sold personal items to fund gambling activity?

3

Do you find yourself chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to win back money already lost?

4

Has gambling caused arguments, stress or concern within your family or among close friends?

5

Do you spend significant time thinking about gambling, planning future sessions or reliving past ones?

6

Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling but found it difficult or impossible to do so?

7

Do you use gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, boredom or personal difficulties?

8

Have you kept the extent of your gambling hidden from people who are important to you?

If you answered yes to two or more questions, please consider using the protection tools on this page or contacting our support team. This self-assessment does not constitute a clinical diagnosis.

Tips for Staying in Control

Set a Budget Before You Start

Decide on a fixed PKR amount you are comfortable losing before you open a session. Treat it the same way you would budget for any other form of entertainment.

Never Chase Losses

Chasing losses is one of the most common patterns in problem gambling. If you have reached your limit, stop. The odds do not improve because of previous results.

Take Regular Breaks

Step away from the screen at regular intervals. Continuous play impairs judgement. Even a 10-minute break can reset your perspective and help you make clearer decisions.

Gambling Is Not Income

The house edge means that over time, the operator holds an advantage. Gambling should never be treated as a reliable source of income or a financial strategy.

Talk to Someone You Trust

If gambling is affecting your life, speaking to a trusted friend, family member or professional can provide perspective and practical support. You do not have to manage it alone.

Track Your Activity

Regularly review your account history to see how much you have deposited, wagered and lost. Awareness of your actual spending is one of the most grounding responsible gambling practices.
